Yes, the Fierce Clinical Summit will be a live event held at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing on September 26-28, 2023.
Are you planning on hosting other clinical events this year like you have in the past?
The Fierce EU and US Trial Master File Summits will continue to be hosted as separate events, however we will no longer be hosting the Good Clinical Practices Summit, Clinical Quality Oversight Forum or the Decentralized Clinical Trials Summit as standalone events. We are featuring the content from those events as part of a larger, more comprehensive conference to allow attendees to learn about a variety of topics and attend with their colleagues from other teams.
Will there be opportunities for networking?
Yes! The Fierce Clinical Summit will have many ways to meet and network with your peers. The live event will include a networking breakfasts, lunches, breaks and cocktail receptions.
Registration
What if my company does not allow me to travel for business? What if I am personally not comfortable attending the event live?
We appreciate that there are still company travel restrictions in place, as well as personal preferences. Unfortunately, the Fierce Clinical Summit will be an in-person event only as the focus will be on key relationship building and idea sharing that we feel is best suited to a live environment.
I’m a speaker at the event, can I join the panel virtually if I’m unable to travel?
In order to offer the best audience experience at the live event, we prefer to have all speakers on stage. However, we can discuss options directly. If you are unable to speak in person, please contact: Gina Yrrizarry at [email protected]
What sponsorship opportunities are available for the event?
We have a lot of thought leadership, networking, and branding sponsorship opportunities available. Contact your rep directly for more information, or if you are not sure who your representative is, you can reach out by completing and submitting the contact form.
